General Laborer

Job Position

Position requires a 90-day probationary period. Dayshift : 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm. Full-Time : 40-45 hours per week. The minimum pay is $13 / HR with full benefits, i.e., medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and 2 matches. At the 90-day anniversary, you get $.25 more. If you have a skill, then the rate starts at $15 / HR and increases to $17 / HR or $18 / HR following the 90-day probation & after you have proven yourself.

Job Purpose : Responsible Laborer to perform a variety of laborer tasks, including but not limited to material handling, ATS manufacturing processes, building / property upkeep, maintenance and landscaping of property and varies from day-to-day.

Principal (Essential) Duties :

• Work in various aspects of the timber product industry
• Efficient and safety minded laborer
• Full-time temporary work in a variety of plant positions
• Consistent full-time work schedule
• Willing to follow directions closely & pay attention to detail
• Familiar with safety standards and procedures to ensure safety
• Provide labor support & general maintenance as needed
• Assist in preparing job sites for crew
