Custodial Technician (Evening)

Overview

Join Vogel as a Custodial Technician. This is a full-time, hourly, nonexempt, on-site position with a salary range of $15.00 - $17.25 per hour. The evening shift is 6 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM. This role may require assistance at other Vogel locations as needed – Vogel Main, Vogel North, and Vogel Redbird.

We support both children and their parents through a two-generation approach, providing resources and education that help families move toward a brighter future.

What You'll Do

• Cleaning & Sanitizing : vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets, dusting and mopping floors, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces like furniture, fixtures, and display cases. Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens.
• Maintenance & Supplies : removing trash and recycling, replacing liners, refilling restroom supplies, and maintaining the janitor closet. Operate equipment such as high-speed buffers, wet vacuums, and carpet extractors.
• Safety & Security : ensure the facility is secure by closing doors and windows, turning on night lights, and activating the alarm system at the end of the day.
