The Position

The HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the HRBP Manager and indirectly to the Director of Employee Relations, supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Provides human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee relations, and affirmative action / equal employment opportunity compliance.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm. This position will sit in our Franklin, MA location, and will support our other Massachusetts locations. The compensation for this position ranges from $80-$90K / year, plus non-guaranteed bonus.
