Job Title : Bagger (Part Time)

Reports To : Guest Service Department Manager

Are you looking for a role in a helpful, fun, and guest-focused environment? We are seeking Baggers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to "boomerang" back again.

Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.

Job Description

What You'll Do :

As a Bagger at Festival Foods, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include :

• Customer Service Excellence : Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check-out experience. You'll be empowered to provide a great guest experience.
• Efficient Bagging : Bag groceries according to our procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Checkout Area : Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication : Share customer requests and feedback to leadership team.
• Parcel Pickup : Provide prompt and courteous parcel pick-up service.
• Support Team Goals : Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Teamwork : Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
