Junior Accountant

Bluu Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Department. This role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of financial data. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform invoicing, accounts receivable reconciliation, and bank reconciliations
2. Record and maintain financial documents and transactions in QuickBooks; assist with general ledger reconciliation
3. Support monthly book closing and preparation of financial statements
4. Assist with income and sales tax returns
5. Provide data for balance sheet and income statement analysis
6. Conduct residual calculations, profitability analysis, and sales performance reporting
7. Assist with financial budgeting and forecasting
8. Support the creation of management reports
9. Assist with independent external audits, including preparation of audited financials and disclosure requirements
10. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 12 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate within a team
• Proficiency with Excel essential functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
