Editage, a brand of Cactus Communications, is a leading global research solutions provider helping scholars, universities, and institutions with editing, translation, publication support, and researcher training. We are now focused on expanding our presence in Spanish-speaking countries, supporting researchers to publish with confidence and achieve global visibility.This is a 3-month contractual opportunity.

• Assist in localizing Editage's marketing campaigns for the Spanish research community.
• Conduct market research on universities, research institutes, and academic publishing trends.
• Support affiliate and local agent outreach, building connections with language centers, universities, and scientific associations.
• Create and adapt content in English/Spanish for social media, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
• Help organize on-ground/virtual events (e.g., university webinars, research workshops, academic conferences ).
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and partnerships) to drive lead generation and awareness.
• Engaging with Spanish academicians to promote our offerings.

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
• Strong interest in academic publishing, research, or higher education.
• Excellent communication skills in English Spanish proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
