Position Overview :

Palo Alto County Health System (PACHS), an affiliate of MercyOne— Iowa’s largest health system —is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship training and C-section capability to join a thriving rural health team .

This is a full-spectrum family medicine position with a modern, 25-bed critical access hospital providing full continuum care—from primary health to obstetrics and emergency services. Physicians have the ability to tailor their practice based on interest, including OB, ER shifts, procedures, and more.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (with plans to certify within 1 year)

OB Fellowship-trained (must be completed prior to start)

Able and willing to perform C-sections – [REQUIRED]

Iowa medical license or IMLC – [REQUIRED or willing to obtain]

Clean malpractice / license history – [PREFERRED]

Not accepting visa candidates or Locums
