We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of our accounting and financial reporting systems. This is a key role, working closely with our Executive and Information Systems Teams to ensure our financial data is reliable, timely, and aligned with the growth of our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate timely month-end closings.
• Deliver accurate financial statements and reporting schedules.
• Oversee and manage annual audits and compliance audits.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Build strong relationships with banks, insurers, sureties, and taxing authorities.
• Provide daily oversight of accounting systems and processes.
• Mentor and train staff to ensure best practices and system proficiency.
• Support users across the company on accounting applications.
• Act as the go-to resource for accounting and tax questions.
• Improve processes that increase efficiency, productivity, and data accuracy.
• Manage accounting services for related companies.

The expected salary range for this role is $135,000$150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
