Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight to our team of board-certified behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ABA Therapists. This is a pivotal role for a proactive individual who excels in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of effectively managing and developing clinical staff while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, promoting team cohesion, and facilitating the professional growth of team members. This leader will be adept at organizing, directing, and motivating a team to achieve shared goals and consistently produce high-quality work. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating a supportive and appreciative work culture where every team member feels valued and recognized.

Location : Lakewood, NJ

Reports to : Chief Behavior Analyst

Schedule : Onsite

• Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM

Employment Type : Full Time

Salary Range : $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD / Annually

Benefits : Health Insurance, 401K
