About the Position

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is seeking an individual who is excited about emerging Computer-Aided Design and Engineering software technologies that encompass 3D Design, Reality Modeling, Animation, and Visualization. The future of civil engineering and transportation technologies is rapidly evolving due to innovations in autonomous vehicles and infrastructure, as well as the industry's transition to OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Designer software. Our desire to meet these emerging challenges requires a passionate and dedicated team member who will be integral to our organization's goal of being an industry leader in implementing these technologies.

We value individuals who are self-motivated and strive to learn, test, configure, and share their newfound knowledge with others within the organization through training and support. Our desired candidate should have in-depth experience using MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and OpenBridge software, or have similar experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
