What You’ll Do
Train new employees on company systems and proceduresMonitor and Maintain employee performance using our performance management softwareCreate training guides for all departmentsSupport Human Resources to ensure compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulationsReview and manage employee files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurateStay updated on I9 law and regulatory changes and ensure proper documentationEnsure that all Insurance Certificates are sent to clients and government entities as requiredTrack and manage all company license renewalsAudit job folders for required documents such as signed contracts, Certificates of Insurance, and Owner Controlled Insurance Program documentsWork with senior leadership to ensure company policies and the employee handbook are up-to-date and compliantMaintain compliance signage for Department of Labor, City, State, and Federal requirementsAudit OSHA 300 logs and ensure accurate tracking of safety meeting documentationMonitor toolbox talks and safety meetings, ensuring they are being conducted and logged properlyResearch and develop policies for unfamiliar compliance issues to ensure the company’s adherence to all regulationsImplement internal checks and balances to streamline processes and prevent compliance issuesPerform random audits to ensure ongoing compliance across departmentsDocument and track incidents to ensure timely follow-up by Human Resources and managementWhat You Bring
Associate’s or Bachelor’s DegreeProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the companyHigh attention to detail and ability to retain new information quicklyPunctual, dependable, and committed to compliance excellenceReady to Be the Backbone of Our Compliance Operations?
