What youll be doing :
Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.Provide assistance with personal care.Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.Provide companionship and respite services for the family.Provide clerical support to agency management and supervisory personnel.Answer inbound telephone calls.Assist with the hiring process for direct care staff.Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical supplies.Assist with the billing process.Attend meetings, community and outreach events.What were looking for :
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possibleHigh school diploma or G.E.D. certificateLicensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and / or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving recordMinimum of two (2) years experience in a business setting, health care preferredDemonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programsDemonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English languageKnowledge of medical terminology preferredCurrent FL HHA Certificate or CNA licensure and AHCA Level II clearanceCurrent BLS / CPR CertificationCurrent yearly Physical with TB testingMust be willing to work four hour shifts
