Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary :
$54,171–$73,281 annually
$27.78–$37.58 hourly, depending on licensure and experience
Shift : Monday–Thursday 8 : 30 am–7 : 00 pm, Friday 8 : 30 am–5 : 00 pm

Job Summary
As a Behavioral Therapist, you will provide clinical services to adults with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. This includes conducting assessments, facilitating individual and group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with all professional and licensure standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical services for adults and families
Conduct assessments and document needs for mental health and substance abuse services
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers
Maintain compliance with contractual and licensure requirements
Attend supervision, meetings, and case consultations
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Uphold professional code of ethics
Coordinate effective discharge planning
Complete training in mental health and substance use disorders
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Active Michigan licensure in one of the following :
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Limited License Psychologist (LLP)
Additional certifications accepted :
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Michigan
Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP) in Michigan
Ideal Qualifications
Experience working with both mental health and substance use disorder populations
Strong ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
Effective written and verbal communication skills
