Salary Range :

• RN : $38.74 - $43.94 / Hour (Based on Experience)
• LPN : $30.68 - $35.88 / Hour
Schedule :
• 12 : 30-9pm
• Part Time, working 40 hours per pay period.
• Weekend and Holiday Rotation.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Position Summary :

Responsible for the assessment / observations care and services provided to assigned residents. Supervises / monitors assigned staff. Responsible for the management of the facility in the absence of the DON and Administrator (LALD). Services are provided in accordance with the mission of Guardian Angels. Remains compliant with State and Federal rules and regulations. Follows established facility policies and procedures. Responsible for work supplies and tools to ensure that resources are used wisely. Supports and implements all safety practices.
