Senior MS SQL Database Administrator / SQL Developer - Tier 2 role at SQLWatchmen, Inc. . Fully remote. You will support customers' production and dev SQL servers and support and guide Tier 1 DBAs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on diagnosing technical issues, participates in an on-call rotation, and communicates with both the team and customers.

• A well-rounded, self-motivated MS SQL Server Database Administrator with over 10 years of experience who desires to enhance their SQL skills and grow to be a top-tier expert in performance tuning.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused and productive in a fully remote environment.
• You strive to work efficiently and consistently to improve customer satisfaction and team metrics.
• You enjoy helping PEOPLE improve their SQL servers. We are SQL consultants. If you don't like talking and helping people, you will not like working here.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
