On Site Supervisor

Job Title : Onsite Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter - Temporary

Location : Shelbyville, TN

Salary : $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience

Role Responsibilities :

• Source, recruiter, interview, and onboard Candidates for one location.
• Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.
• Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.
• Work with client and site staff to improve employee relations and performance.
• Regularly engage with employees on the floor to build relationships, stay connected to day-to-day operations, and maintain a strong understanding of team dynamics and morale.
• Overtime as needed

Qualifications :

1-3 years of relevant experience, onsite staffing preferred, or other high-volume recruiting

Supervisory experience

Strong relationship building and communication skills both verbal and written

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook

Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction

Sense of urgency to meet high volume recruitment needs

Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of integrity
