Overview

Automotive Master Tech ($1500 Weekly Guarantee) role at Precision Tune Auto Care

Precision Tune Auto Care is hiring experienced automotive technicians who want a busy shop. We offer a competitive flat rate and a generous weekly guarantee. Our business is growing and the opportunity is significant.

Pay and Schedule

Base pay range : $68,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Weekly guarantee up to $1,500 per week
Flat rate pay up to $40.00 per hour
Monday-Friday schedule (flexible options available)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform repairs on all vehicle components (e.g., brakes, emissions / exhaust, A / C, suspension, electrical, etc.).

Explain mechanical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical teammates and customers.

Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Master Tech – Minimum of 10 years automotive technician / repair experience (ASE Certification).

General Service Tech – Minimum of 1 year automotive technician / repair experience.

Must have valid driver's license and own tools.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work.

Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule including Saturdays.

High school degree or GED preferred.

Be able to pass background check.
