What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of local media sales management or general management experience
• Proven success at the sales leadership level, with both traditional and digital media brands with documented success
• Experience building positive internal culture as well as strong client and community relationships
• Identify, recruit, coach and develop high-performance sales talent and build a successful team to ensure continued top line growth.
• Strong emphasis on driving new local direct and digital revenue, while providing creative ideas to help achieve these goals.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
