Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly and repair of soft-goods articles.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience with softgoods sewing
• Understanding and troubleshooting sewing equipment as needed
• Knowledge of positioning and marking patterns on materials to prepare for sewing
• Ability to examine and measure finished articles to verify conformance to standards
• Able to work individually and with a team collaborating on spacesuit garments
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken form
• Ability to establish and maintain effective, positive work relationships

Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident (green card).

Required Experience :

Preferred but not Required :

Embroidery / welding / heavy duty

CLO3D, Browzwear, Solidworks, Gerber

Understanding of aerospace standards including AS9100 or ISO9001

Laser cutting / 3D printing experience
