Core Responsibilities :
Manage to-dos for multiple sales accounts
Working on the Adult accounts with the Director of Sales
Attend Meetings with Sales lead and assist in meeting preparation
Assist in design / development process with Sales and Buyers
Follow-up from Buyer meetings (Buyer, Design, Licensing, Production)
Prepare order details for back office order entry
Communication and management of all orders from placement through customer delivery (both with internal teams and external customers)
Own approval and sample management process
Follow up on all PO shipping status and routing
Manage any order issues
Cross-functional role with growth opportunity in Sales, Production, Licensing, Product Development
Salary Range : $65,000 - $70,000
