Compensation & Perks Youll Love This

Base Pay :

• $20.00$25.00 per 50-minute massage (based on experience)

Uncapped Commission on Upgrades :

• Earn $3$8 per upgrade
• Top performers make an extra $6$9 / hr just from upgrades

Generous Tips :

• Average $20$30 per service
• Tips range from 18%25% of service price
• All tips go straight to you via Tippy

Total Earnings :

• Full-Time (30 hrs / week) : $65,000$88,000 annually
• Part-Time (15 hrs / week) : $33,000$44,000 annually

Your Role as a Massage Therapist :

As part of our team, you'll :

• Hold and maintain an active Massage Therapy License
• Carry massage liability insurance
• Customize treatment plans based on each client's unique needs
• Communicate clearly with clients and spa staff
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Attend hands-on training, workshops & webinars
• Help us meet spa goals while keeping clients coming back!
