Orthopedic practice hiring for radiology tech.

Hours :  Monday through Friday 8am-4 : 30pm or 8 : 30am-5pm

Type : temp to hire

Responsibilities :

• Operating imaging equipment to create clear diagnostic images of specific anatomical areas as requested by physicians.
• Accurately positioning patients for the required view, providing instructions, and ensuring their comfort and cooperation throughout the procedure.
• Reviewing images for clarity and quality, and retaking them when necessary to get the desired results.
• Implementing proper techniques to minimize radiation exposure to both the patient and themselves, including patient shielding and correct technique.
• Documenting patient history, procedure duration, and results, and properly storing and transmitting images.
