Pelium Real Estate Asset Management, LLC ("Pelium") is a leading asset management platform fully dedicated to supporting Apollo's commercial real estate financing business in the United States. Member of the Asset Management team that is responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on the performance of a $45B+ portfolio of largely transitional commercial real estate loans. This role will involve working closely with the Pelium Asset Management Team and Servicing team to deliver accurate, timely and consistently high-quality services. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills and a basic understanding of real estate finance, terminology and performance metrics. The position requires in office 3 days per week.

Essential Job Functions :

• Reconcile and review various reports including monthly portfolio statistics, remittance reconciliations, and quarterly asset reports as required to ensure Situs high standards are achieved in terms of quality, accuracy and completeness
• Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from Borrowers; including, but not limited to, property operating statements, balance sheets, aged receivables, rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor / borrower finances
• Aggregating and compiling property level information into portfolio-wide statistics and presentation materials
• Assist Asset Managers with quarterly lender reports, including inputting financials, updating rent rolls, and obtaining updated market information
• Maintain client watchlists detailing property performance, market trends, recent leasing at the property, and any other significant findings

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $52,000.00 - $85,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
