Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on various manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in production machinery
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance
• Install, modify, and upgrade manufacturing equipment as per specifications and industry standards
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment functionality and repair procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all maintenance activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and operators
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, and recommend reordering when necessary
• Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing industry
