Co-Founder (Marketing / Growth Lead)

This part-time position is for a Co-Founder at ATL Fintech Society as a Marketing / Growth Lead specialized at marketing.

This is an early stage organization looking to expand within ATL. The role involves strategizing and implementing long-term business plans, driving business growth, overseeing marketing initiatives, building relationships and helping shape the company's vision and mission. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the organization's success and impact, particularly within the context of the company's objectives and target audience. Monetization will begin as the club generation more members, currently averaging 8 people from our 2 events so far.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a track record of driving results and building client relationships
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies with the ability to lead creative campaigns
• Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in conducting thorough research to inform decision-making and business strategies
• Proven leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively via warm / cold outbound
• This position allows you to build a powerful, handpicked network of professionals across fintech, data, engineering, finance, and product.
