Position Summary :

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a dedicated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for weekend shifts . This position offers flexible scheduling — ideal for CNAs looking to work every weekend or every other weekend . You’ll provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do : Responsibilities :

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support)

Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping

Prepare meals and support clients with feeding as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Provide client transportation as needed

Qualifications :

Current CNA certification in Maryland

Current CPR / First Aid certification

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Weekend availability (every weekend or every other weekend)

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Home care experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options :

Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

OR every other weekend

Day and evening shifts available
