HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members complete virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas. We offer 12 different workout programs plus a functional training area featuring dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more.

What You’ll DoSales & Growth

• Deliver confident, engaging studio tours

• Present and sell memberships and retail products

• Follow up with leads and prospective members

• Help the studio meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Member Experience

• Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Assist members in selecting programs aligned with their goals

• Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals

Marketing & Community

• Contribute to social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Represent HOTWORX in the Grimes community

• Support local promotions and events

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready environment

• Complete daily checklists and administrative tasks

• Process transactions and manage scheduling accurately

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11am–8pm
Friday: 9am–6pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm

Evening and Saturday availability required.
