The Project Controls Director directs and oversees the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Responsibilities include :

• Defining the organization's project management methodology and establishing processes for tracking and delivering projects.
• Establishing project teams and distributing the project workload.
• Serving as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization.
• Setting and managing project expectations.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and providing reports to clients or project sponsors.
• Leading and directing the work of other employees and having responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Contributing to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
• Establishing departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

Travel Requirements :

0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site / office location.

Physical / Work Environment Requirements :

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Climbing stairs. Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Quiet environment. Light work that includes adjusting and / or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Operating motor vehicles.

Pay Range : USD $134,430.00 - USD $179,380.00 / Yr.
