Senior Workplace Leader - Workplace Architecture & Design
The Senior Workplace Leader drives growth of the Workplace Architecture & Design Practice through cultivating client relationships, establishing new market opportunities, and by providing leadership across the NELSON platform. As a Senior Workplace Leader, you will advance NELSON's market reputation and brand by actively engaging in AEC industry associations and events, and through expanding client relationships and developing new lines of work. You are responsible for providing an understanding of all business information considerations, tangible and intangible, needed for strategic planning and operational decisions.
Additionally, the Senior Workplace Leader is ultimately responsible for business performance revenue, profitability, design, and technical for Workplace within the Atlanta office and surrounding region.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering from an accredited University; PLUS10+ years' experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience in design profession and / or real estate consulting with at least 5+ years' experience managing or leading a teamNational salary range : $120,000 $190,000 (15-20 years experience). Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications / licensure, education, and location.) Bonuses can include but are not limited to : Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
