Job Title
To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for accurately scanning and / or processing all customer orders in accordance with company standards and policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible to greet, make eye contact and "Thank" each guest that you service.
- Responsible for delivering a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests' expectations.
- Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
- Responsible for working in a safe manner and for maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Responsible for accurately scanning and / or processing all customer orders in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed with care and efficiency to meet company standards.
- Responsible for offering carryout service to guests.
- Responsible for ensuring proper handling for coupons, bottle slips, charge accounts, rebates, miscellaneous tenders, AdvantEdge cards, debit / credit, reused bags, and other media.
- Responsible for maintaining controls and security in accordance with company policies and procedures (LISA - Look InSide Always / BOB - Bottom of Basket).
- Responsible for communicating new policies or promotional programs to our guests.
- Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
