Our extensive manufacturing capabilities along with our highly qualified workforce has allowed Pivot to supply the automotive, medical, ammunition and firearm industries with specified precision tooling for over 50 years.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each job based on specifications and material properties.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tools, or programming as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce production times.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Stay updated with advancements in CNC machining technologies and techniques.
• 3+ Years experience
• Feature CAM or other CAM / CAD software preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Looking for a long-term opportunity

• Good attitude and able to work within a team environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in selecting and installing cutting tools and attachments
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays if needed

Compensation details : 18-25 Hourly Wage
