Job description

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers by addressing their needs and offering additional products.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries

Build trust and rapport with customers while servicing their unique needs

Offer additional products to customers during interactions

Required Qualifications

A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems

Customer service experience

Willingness to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
