Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient and friendly service.

Operational Oversight : Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service : Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Staff Development : Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating team members.

Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role 5 years preferred within the restaurant industry.

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Knowledge : Familiarity with Italian cuisine, wine and fine dining service standards is a plus.

Availability : Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education : High School equivalent required, College degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : Competitive, commensurate with experience.

2 yr experience - $60,320

3 yr experience - $62,400

4 yr experience - $64,480

5 yr experience - $68,640
