Location : North Carolina | Flexible Remote & Community / Facility-Based Work-Triangle and Triad areas.

Silver Linings Mental Health Counseling (SLMHC) and Silver Linings Teletherapy (SL Teletherapy) are seeking licensed, bilingual therapists who are committed to providing high-quality care to adults and older adults in Burlington, North Carolina. We offer a flexible hybrid model that combines in-home, community-based, and remote sessionsdesigned to meet both client needs and therapist preferences.

• Hybrid Caseloads

Choose your preferred mix of in-home and teletherapy sessions. Session are matched to your clinical strengths and interests.

Our front office team handles referrals, benefit verification, and client inquiriesso you dont have to.

Your complete SOAP notes and diagnoses; our billing team manages claims and client billing questions. Credentialing is handled by our in-house specialist at no cost to you.

Therapists receive access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, a user-friendly EHR system, an online / cloud-based fax, and emailfree of charge.

You set your own hours. Youre free to adjust availability as needed as long as the clients needs are met.

Connect with peers for case consultations or clinical support. Our Clinical Director is available for supervision and skill development.

Therapists are paid for every completed session, with compensation safeguards in place for client no-shows.
