We are hiring Commissioning Engineers to join our team on a large-scale construction project in Phoenix, Arizona

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage commissioning processes for data center systems.
  • Conduct tests on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test plans and reports.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project managers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensure all systems meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Provide training to operational staff on system functionalities and maintenance.
  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements.

  • You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commissioning, particularly in data centers or similar facilities.
  • Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commissioning Professional - CCP, LEED AP).
  • Proficiency in commissioning software and diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
