Sales & Design Consultant

Herron's Amish Furniture has an amazing opportunity to add Sales & Design Consultants to our experienced team of professionals. We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team. If you are passionate about interior home design and quality custom furniture we have a great opportunity for you. As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will be responsible for touring our guests and helping them design the perfect living space in their home. You will be successful in this role if you are able to build strong client relationships and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth

Identify and target potential customers in the market

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up

Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective customers

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Manage accounts and provide ongoing account management support

Proven experience in outside sales or a related field

Strong knowledge of the furniture market and home design industry trends

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency in Storis or similar software

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
