Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clickstream, campaign, and customer funnel data to identify friction points and opportunities for conversion
- Conduct cohort and churn analyses to support retention and lifetime value optimization initiatives
- Partner with marketing and product teams to design and measure A / B tests that improve campaign and web performance
