Manager - Transaction Services
Location : Remote
An M&A Advisory firm is seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Transaction Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in audit and a proven track record in transaction advisory, looking to take the next step in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of industries
- Analyze target company financials, quality of earnings, working capital, debt and debt-like items, and other key deal metrics
- Prepare and present client deliverables including reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including supervising associates and senior associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, valuation, and restructuring
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing, pitch preparation, and relationship building
