Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,470 - $1,570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – Virginia or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience required

BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to diverse medical-surgical patient populations

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress in the EMR system

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
