Are you an experienced sales professional ready to step into leadership? Do you have a passion for coaching, driving performance, and creating a high-energy team culture? We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of outbound Inside Sales Representatives in our Boca Raton call center .

What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Motivate a team of 8–12 sales representatives making outbound calls to warm leads
• Coach in real-time to improve pitch, closing techniques, and script compliance
• Monitor KPIs including call volume, conversions, and revenue performance
• Conduct daily huddles, sales contests, and one-on-one coaching
• Report performance trends and provide feedback to upper management
• Maintain a fun, competitive, and goal-oriented team environment
