Travel Nursing Job Details

Shift : Nights, 6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM (12-hour shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,720 - $1,840

On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arkansas or compact state)

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Experience in postpartum and antepartum care

Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nursing requirement)

L&D Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive clinical care to laboring mothers and newborns

Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide emergency interventions as needed

Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care best practices

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Float to related hospital units as required by staffing needs
