Join the client’s company as a Certified Pharmacy Technician specializing in sterile IV compounding. You’ll prepare IV antibiotics and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) with precision and care under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. This is a great opportunity for pharmacy technicians who value accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a clinical environment.

Compounding Pharmacy Technician​​​​​​​ (IV) Key Responsibilities

Compound sterile IV medications (antibiotics, TPN) using aseptic technique.

Work closely with a Registered Pharmacist to fill and prepare IV prescriptions.

Enter prescription and billing data accurately into the pharmacy system.

Prepackage medications for dispensing in compliance with state and federal standards.

Assist with final verification and staging of prescriptions for pharmacist review.

Maintain accurate inventory — receive, rotate, and document medications and supplies.

Support a clean, safe, and compliant sterile compounding workspace.
