Receptionist
Front Desk Support :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls (high-volume)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
Administrative Support :

The Successful Applicant :
0-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal & written communication skillsExperience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)Familiarity with scheduling and office management toolsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionAble to work in Greenwich, CTThis is a short-term assignment with no end date - applicants should be immediately available to begin a new positionWhat's on Offer :
