Managing Partner – IT Strategy and Strategy Execution

We are looking to invest to help achieve very ambitious growth plans and currently looking for highly talented and experienced IT Consulting professionals (Senior Manager, Director, Client Partner, Associate Partner level), ready for a next challenge as a Partner.
What You Will Do
The Managing Partner will join our world‑class Strategy Consulting team, working with leading telecom, media and technology organisations to transform and improve their businesses.
What You Need
IT Strategy, IT Strategy Execution, Value Realisation (ideally with an alignment with a key technology area, such as Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation etc)
Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
Alignment with Technology Practices
Digital Transformation (technology (e.g. CX or CRM); organisation (e.g. Talent, Agile working); and processes (AI, RPA, automation etc))
Cloud Strategy, Cloud Optimisation
Applications Modernisation and Optimisation
Data, Analytics and AI adoption
Sourcing strategy, Vendor Relationship management and IT Contract Optimisation
Cyber Security and IT Risk strategy

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 152,000 USD – 190,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market‑leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
