Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Dispatch Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities throughout the property. Your responsibilities include maintaining communication with team members, managing incident reports, and supporting routine patrols to help to deter incidents. Your role will contribute to a welcoming environment for patrons and staff while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
