Night Production Technician 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 am $20 hour

The Night Production position is proficient at three positions on a line, able to perform all the functions of those positions in an accurate and efficient manner. The individual at this level should be capable of performing all of the following functions; Bagger, Mixer, and Floor Operations. Complies with all safety regulations, work rules, SOP's and company policies. Ensures that line meets all BRC, GMP and safety standards. This position works 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 am on a variable schedule 3 days one week and 4 days the next week.

Major Accountabilities

• Competent operation of equipment and execution of all aspects of Mixing, Bagging, and Floor Operations
• Responsible for completing all paperwork in an accurate manner.
• Responsible for following all written instructions and formulas.
• Responsible for complying with all safety regulations, food safety procedures including all BRC and GMP requirements and specifications, and use of the appropriate PPE.

Requirements

Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or related environment preferred.

Education : High School Diploma or the equivalent

Must be able to perform job functions.

Requires the use of : telephones, paging system, PC, timekeeping, copying and other office machines and equipment.

Working Environment

Indoors manufacturing facility; the use of hearing protection is required, along with other personal protective equipment as necessary.Exposure to extreme climates both indoors and out, including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
