This Accounting Specialist position is integral to the day-to-day accounting operations supporting complex, fast-paced construction projects. Overview of the Accounting Specialist role :

• Processing accounts payable transactions monthly, primarily received through a digital inbox.
• Job cost coding and verification, working closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate job coding and proper system entries.
• Automated approvals routing-you'll oversee and manage an efficient digital workflow to ensure timely authorizations.
• Printing checks for final approval, and preparing documentation in alignment with internal procedures.
• Matching truck tickets and assisting with administrative tasks associated with job billing processes.
• Supporting billing processes and ensuring invoice accuracy.
