What Youll Do

Summary / Objective :

The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all mortgage data and applicable servicing-related information.

Essential Functions :

• Manage DCUs investor mortgage portfolios including calling in daily remittances payoffs monthly reconciliation delinquency reporting and modifications.
• Responsible for the accounting analysis and administration of all mortgage escrow accounts including but not limited to : taxes PMI homeowners force-placed insurance and delinquent payments.
• Coordinate and correspond with members vendors and employees for all mortgage servicing needs.
• Prepare process and fund all loans for sale to the secondary market investors.
• Maintain all interest rate changes and ensure all general ledgers are current and up to date.
• Provide service excellence by answering phone calls regarding all aspects mortgage servicing.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
