Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Missouri Valley, IA. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, updating patient records, and consulting with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with daily living activities for residents, providing wound care, and participating in care planning and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong patient care and clinical skills
• Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Knowledgeable in wound care and specialized care domains
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid LPN license in the state of Iowa
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting is a plus
• CPR certification is preferred
