Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure network operations and cybersecurity across manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee the implementation support and integration of Operational Technology (OT) systems including SCADA MES and industrial control systems.
• Ensure high availability performance and security of all critical IT and OT systems to minimize production downtime.
• Lead IT projects focused on manufacturing efficiency automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align IT strategy with production goals and operational excellence.
• Develop and enforce IT and OT cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans to protect plant operations and data.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on relevant IT and OT applications and systems.
